Finance Team Order Processing

Utilize Excel functions such as pivot tables and data analysis tools to review transaction data, sales, and generate insightful reports. Collaborate with internal teams on business operations, including accounting, regulatory reporting, and internal communication to ensure smooth workflow. Support client communication by providing timely updates on order status, resolving inquiries related to account issues. Manage databases using QuickBooks to track transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure data integrity. Requirements Experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including pivot tables) and spreadsheet analysis for data-driven decision making. Familiarity with Quickbooks software systems used for transaction processing and reporting. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent internal communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service excellence.
