As a Co-Op participant, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a professional business environment while gaining meaningful, hands-on experience within our team. The Cencora Co-Op Program provides students with the opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on experience while contributing to work that supports our business and customers. Co-Op participants work alongside experienced professionals, develop practical skills, and gain exposure to the processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration that drive Cencora’s operations. The program is designed to complement academic learning with real-world experience while building a strong foundation for future career opportunities. Job Details: Start Date: January 11, 2027 End Date: To be determined (history six month term) Location: Conshohocken, PA (hybrid) This internship is designed for students who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn while making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Under the general direction of the assigned supervisor or manager, the Co-Op supports projects, processes, and business initiatives within their assigned department. Co-Op opportunities may be available across Finance, Strategic Global Sourcing, U.S. Supply Chain, and Data & Analytics. Participants will apply academic knowledge to real-world business challenges while developing technical, analytical, and professional skills. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Roles and responsibilities will vary based on departmental placement. All Co-Ops are expected to: Support projects and initiatives within the assigned functional area. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), reports, and other business documentation. Analyze information and data to support business decisions and recommendations, as applicable to the assigned role. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support departmental priorities. Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Present project outcomes, recommendations, or key learnings at the conclusion of the internship. Education and Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Rising sophomore, junior, or senior at the time of the internship preferred Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future. Previous internship experience preferred Skills and Knowledge Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective organizational and time-management skills. Ability to receive feedback and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
