Job Description
Are you a finance pro who thrives in a fast-moving healthcare environment? We're looking for a Finance Manager who can own the numbers, drive strategy, and partner with operations leaders to keep multi-site healthcare services running strong.
What You'll Do:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis across multiple sites
- Partner with operational leaders to translate data into decisions
- Drive financial strategy and reporting for healthcare services operations
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities — and act on them
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, healthcare industry preferred
- Strong Excel/financial modeling skills
- Experience with multi-site or multi-entity organizations
- CPA or MBA a plus
