Final Mile Delivery Depot Manager

MNM Logistics LLC is a rapidly growing logistics company specializing in final mile furniture delivery. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and driven Depot Manager to lead our afternoon operations at one of our high-volume delivery hubs. Position Summary: The Depot Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations during the 12PM – 8PM shift. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of cross-dock and final mile operations. We provide full training for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily shift operations including dispatch, routing, and load-out Lead and support driver and helper teams Coordinate final mile furniture deliveries and ensure service excellence Maintain accurate documentation and daily performance reports Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners Support crossdock and warehouse operations as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in final mile or furniture delivery logistics Prior management or supervisory experience in a delivery environment Familiarity with crossdock operations Strong computer skills (training provided) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and organizational skills What We Offer: Competitive salary Full training and ongoing support Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company Collaborative and supportive work environment To Apply: Please submit your resume and any relevant experience to admin@mnmlogisticsllc.com.
