Final Mile Furniture Delivery Driver & Helper – W-2

We are hiring dependable Delivery Drivers and Delivery Helpers for final-mile furniture delivery routes throughout the Nashville/Lebanon area.
We currently operate two accounts:
• Final-Mile Furniture Delivery – Residential
...
delivery of furniture and home goods.
• High-End Furniture Delivery – Residential delivery and handling of premium/high-end furniture requiring extra attention to detail and excellent customer service.
Pay
Driver: $200 per day
Helper: $170 per day
These are W-2 employee positions.
Payroll Schedule
There is a 2-week payroll holdback when you first start. After the initial holdback period, employees are paid weekly.
Please understand the 2-week holdback before accepting the position.
Schedule
Routes begin at approximately 5:30 AM.
There is no guaranteed daily end time. Your workday ends when your assigned route is completed, the final delivery is finished, and the truck is empty.
Applicants should be comfortable with early mornings and variable end times depending on route size, delivery locations, traffic, and customer needs.
Dress Code
Employees are required to wear all black while working.
You must maintain a clean and professional appearance because you will be entering customers’ homes and representing our company and our clients.
Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for:
• Safely operating the delivery vehicle
• Completing assigned delivery routes
• Working with a helper to load, unload, and deliver furniture
• Protecting customers’ homes and merchandise from damage
• Providing professional customer service
• Following delivery procedures and account requirements
• Completing all assigned stops before returning from the route
Helper Responsibilities
Helpers are responsible for:
• Assisting the driver throughout the entire route
• Loading and unloading furniture
• Carrying furniture into customers’ homes
• Assisting with placement and basic setup when required
• Protecting merchandise and customers’ property
• Maintaining professional customer service
• Staying with the route until all assigned deliveries are completed
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for people who are:
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting furniture
• Professional around customers
• Able to work early mornings
• Able to work until the route is completed
• Team-oriented
• Careful when handling furniture and working inside customers’ homes
• Reliable with transportation to and from the work location
Furniture delivery, moving, appliance delivery, final-mile delivery, or similar experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Important
This is a physical, customer-facing delivery position. Reliability is extremely important. We need employees who will show up on time, work safely, take care of the customer’s property, and finish the route with their team.
Driver Pay: $200/day
Helper Pay: $170/day
