Field Walkdown Planning Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Perform Maintenance Master Data Management activities. Conduct field walkdowns at an Client facility to collect equipment and parts data. Understand Client facility equipment and processes. Prepare load sheets for material data uploads in SAP. Coordinate with material coordinators to align equipment and parts information. Use P&IDs, PFDs, and one-line drawings to identify and correlate equipment and parts in the field. Navigate document management systems to locate and identify relevant documents. Use Microsoft Excel for data management; Power BI knowledge is an advantage. Work with the SAP Materials Management (MM) module. Required Skills: Maintenance Master Data Management. Client facility equipment and processes. Field walkdowns and equipment/parts data collection. SAP MM and material data uploads. P&IDs, PFDs, and one-line drawings. Document management systems. Microsoft Excel Material coordinator collaboration Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering (BS Engineering).
