Field Systems Warehouse Specialist

Overview As a Field Systems Warehouse Specialist, you’ll keep warehouse materials moving safely and accurately, supporting smooth distribution and order fulfillment. You’ll use warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock, prepare orders, and coordinate shipping and receiving. Your impact: Accurate inventory control and timely order picking help field teams receive the materials they need to keep work moving. Duties Receive, inspect, stock, and organize materials; update inventory records using a warehouse management system, inventory management software, or AS400. Pick, pack, package, and stage orders; load and unload shipments and verify items against shipping documents. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, order pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and other material handling equipment as authorized. Perform warehouse distribution and logistics tasks, including inventory counts and routine warehouse operations. Follow safety regulations and protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving heavy items. Requirements Warehouse experience in warehouse management, inventory management, inventory control, materials handling, stocking, picking and packing, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving. Demonstrated technical proficiency with warehouse systems; basic math skills and attention to detail. Mechanical knowledge and experience operating heavy equipment or material handling equipment. Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely, and to follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidance and workplace safety procedures. Preferred: warehouse supervisor experience and familiarity with reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, cherry pickers, order pickers, pallet jacks, and AS400. Pay: $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
