Field Service Technician

Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Production Planner based in Montreal (hybrid). The Production Planner is responsible for aligning customer demand with manufacturing capacity to ensure products are available when needed. This role optimizes inventory levels, production resources, and delivery performance while maintaining a high level of customer service and meeting on-time delivery commitments. Total Compensation Range: $63,500 - $88,500 annually AI Disclosure: No automated screening tools will be used during the application process What you will do Coordinate overall production planning for assigned products and communicate production plans to relevant stakeholders Collaborate closely with Purchasing and Shipping to coordinate inbound and outbound material flow, follow up on critical items, and support continuous production and on-time customer delivery Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely follow-up to maintain appropriate stock levels Monitor ongoing activities, process sales orders, manage delivery commitments, and maintain accurate order information in the system Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates regarding order status and delivery commitments What we require College or university degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in planning and/or inventory management Previous experience in customer service and working with MRP/ERP systems Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Fluency in both English and French, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global, multidisciplinary teams Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure What we prefer The incumbent must work with international customers and/or suppliers Experience with the ERP system SAP What we offer Supporting your career development Employee Assistance Programs 24/7 access to over 15,000 LinkedIn Learning courses to assist in your professional development and to expand on your individual interests.
