Field Service Dispatcher

We’re hiring! Freedom Compressor is looking for an organized, problem-solving Field Service Dispatcher to join our veteran-owned team in Houston, TX. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have 1–3 years of dispatch experience in trades, industrial, or manufacturing, we want to hear from you. As our Field Service Dispatcher, you will serve as the central hub of our field operations, balancing routine maintenance scheduling with high-priority emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime for our clients. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities: Schedule & Dispatch: Coordinate daily routes for industrial compressor technicians based on skill levels. Emergency Response: Prioritize urgent technician support during breakdowns to keep facilities running smoothly. Client Communication: Provide facility managers with accurate ETAs and timeline updates. Operational Logistics: Keep records logged in our Field Service Management software and manage invoicing. 🛠️ What We Are Looking For: 1–3 years of dispatch routing experience (HVAC, electrical, heavy equipment, or industrial environments). Strong technical skills with GPS tracking, computer programs, and dispatch software. A "cool under pressure" mindset to manage urgent client requests professionally. 💼 What We Offer: Pay: Based on experience. Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance after a 90-day probationary period. Perks: Paid Time Off (PTO) eligibility after 90 days.
