Position Overview: We are seeking a logistics-minded Field Service Dispatcher to join our team in Holland, MI. You’ll schedule and route our technicians, keep customers updated, and hold the field team to our job standards. You’ll work in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment, starting in Jobber and helping lead our move to ServiceTitan. Responsibilities: Schedule and route technicians by skill, location, parts, and priority Fit urgent and 24/7 emergency calls into the day Confirm parts and equipment are ready before jobs are booked Keep customers updated on arrival windows and changes Hold technicians to job standards: on-time arrivals, notes, photos, and same-day closeout Escalate recurring issues to management Manage dispatch in Jobber and support the transition to ServiceTitan Other duties as assigned Requirements: 2+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or logistics experience, ideally in the trades Thrives in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment and picks up new tools quickly Hands-on experience with Jobber or ServiceTitan is a plus Comfortable holding a team accountable without direct authority Calm, organized, and clear under pressure Knowledge of West Michigan geography Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM - 4:30PM #CDO Pay: From $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
