Field Sales Representative

Company: Quecan Distribution Inc. Position: Field Sales Representative Duties: Conduct market research and analysis across regional territories to identify high-potential distribution partners, retailers, and prospective accounts. Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing wholesale and retail clients. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to showcase product lines and distribution advantages. Collaborate with internal operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and rapid issue resolution. Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective commercial clients and key decision-makers. Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate local market trends, territory demand, and competitive distribution landscapes. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a proven track record of building trust and client loyalty. Sharp negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals, structuring volume discounts, and securing profitable supply contracts. Proven account management expertise, including managing order pipelines and delivering ongoing client support. Demonstrated experience in B2B field sales, territory management, cold calling, and lead generation. Bilingualism in English and French is strongly preferred. Familiarity with wholesale supply chains, logistics, or distribution sales is an asset. Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms for tracking pipelines and managing customer data.
