Job Summary
As a member of the DAVACO Field Operations team, the Field Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily operational activities. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to ensure accurate labor reporting, expense tracking, and effective communication between field personnel and management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Field Operations team by completing day-to-day operational tasks and submitting a daily consolidated report so FOM’s can identify and address any issues immediately.
- Review and reconcile daily work and travel hours reports by comparing on-site sign-in sheets with UKG time entries.
- Review and reconcile drive time estimates versus punch times to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
- Identify and review out-of-policy time or expense items, collaborating with the Field Operations Manager (FOM) and handing off employee relations issues as needed.
- Collect and manage on-site attendance records and timesheets from Field Managers or Leads.
- Coordinate and support UPS shipments to field personnel, including corporate cards, uniforms, and safety equipment.
- Communicate with field personnel regarding outstanding work-related expenses and required documentation.
- Apply effective time management and sound decision-making skills to meet deadlines.
- Prioritize tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and composure in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively in support of team objectives.
- Utilize strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure labor, travel, and expense data is accurate and compliant.
- Be able to guide employee’s on how to properly expense items as well as how to find information in UKG, Bank App or other areas within DAVACO for information an employee is requesting or needing.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous organizational or administrative experience.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
