Coldies Maintenance & Operations Representative — Dallas, TX Job Summary The Maintenance & Operations Representative is responsible for keeping Coldies’ nitro cold brew coffee systems fully stocked, clean, and operational throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth territory. This hands-on role combines keg inventory monitoring, delivery logistics, preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and customer support to ensure every Coldies installation delivers a consistent, high-quality experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, mechanically inclined, and proactive about identifying and resolving issues before they affect customers. This person will serve as the primary field operations contact for Coldies accounts across the territory. Key Responsibilities Keg Monitoring & Inventory Management: Monitor remote keg-level data, track consumption trends, anticipate replenishment needs, and maintain accurate inventory across all assigned accounts. Keg Deliveries & Route Management: Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, replenish kegs before accounts run out, and ensure timely, reliable service to customers throughout DFW. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, troubleshoot dispensing systems, and coordinate repairs or replacement of components as needed. Preventative Maintenance & Line Cleaning: Complete scheduled cleaning and sanitation of beverage lines, taps, and related equipment in accordance with Coldies’ maintenance procedures. Machine Uptime & Reliability: Proactively inspect installations, identify potential problems, respond promptly to service requests, and minimize machine downtime. Customer Service & Account Support: Maintain positive relationships with property managers, office administrators, and other customer contacts; communicate delivery schedules, resolve operational concerns, and provide dependable on-site support. Operational Reporting: Document keg deliveries, inventory levels, cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, equipment issues, and service visits in Coldies’ tracking systems. Installation & Equipment Setup: Assist with new machine installations, equipment configuration, system testing, and site readiness as Coldies expands throughout DFW. Territory Operations: Take ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of all Coldies machines in the assigned territory, ensuring accounts remain stocked, clean, and functioning properly. What Success Looks Like Machines remain operational with minimal downtime. Kegs are replenished proactively, preventing stockouts. All scheduled cleanings and preventative maintenance are completed on time. Customer service requests are resolved quickly and professionally. Delivery routes, inventory, and service records are managed accurately and efficiently. Coldies accounts receive consistent, reliable service as the DFW territory grows.
