We fix heavy equipment and trucks in the field, wherever the customer is. Our customers find us by word of mouth, so you won't be selling or chasing jobs: you just fix machines. No shop politics, no flat-rate games, tools and truck provided. If you can trace an intermittent electrical problem with a meter, or work out a hydraulic pressure drop from a schematic without just throwing parts at it, we want to talk to you. What you get Tuesday through Friday, four 10-hour days. Every weekend is a three-day weekend. Overtime is available if you want it. Your own fully stocked service truck with every tool you'll need, and several of our rigs carry a crane. You don't buy tools. You take the truck home after 90 days, and we cover fuel and maintenance. Port-to-port pay once you're running solo: you're on the clock from the moment you leave home.* Overtime at time and a half after 10 hours a day or 40 a week. A $10/hr shift differential for hours after 5pm and on Saturdays. With overtime and differentials stacked, evening hours can pay $55/hr or more. Double time on the rare Sunday. Profit sharing on any new customer you bring in. What we're looking for A real diagnostician. You can look at a machine you've never seen and work out how it works and why it's broken. Solid with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical and pneumatic systems. Someone who shows up on time, every time. Our customers lose money every hour a machine sits. Work you stand behind, without comebacks. Professional with customers, since you'll be representing us on their job sites. A clean driving record. A CDL is a plus.
