As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a FedEx-branded step van or box truck to deliver and pick up packages from residential and commercial customers. This is a hands-on, physically active position that requires safe driving, package handling, route management, reliable attendance, and professional customer service. We are seeking experienced commercial drivers who can work independently, follow established safety procedures, meet daily delivery schedules, and provide excellent service to our customers. Deliver packages and pick up shipments from residential and commercial customers. Complete assigned delivery and pickup routes accurately, safely, and on schedule. Load, unload, sort, organize, and secure packages inside the delivery vehicle. Use handheld scanners, mobile devices, GPS navigation, and delivery software to manage stops and record package activity. Organize packages to improve delivery efficiency and route productivity. Provide professional, courteous customer service at every delivery and pickup location. Follow FedEx Ground procedures, company policies, DOT regulations, and applicable transportation safety requirements. Perform daily vehicle inspections and report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain accurate delivery records, manifests, and required documentation. Safely lift, carry, load, and unload packages weighing up to 150 pounds. Maintain dependable attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct. Work independently while meeting route completion, productivity, safety, and customer service expectations. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. Must possess a valid driver's license.
