Skedaddle Inc., a FedEx independent service provider, is hiring immediately for Package Delivery Drivers in Salina, KS. We're hiring for both full-time and part-time drivers available to work a full 10 hour shift from 9 AM - 7 PM. Earn $225/day, plus weekly pay and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance options. No prior experience is required - we provide paid training! As a driver for our business, you will operate a company-provided step van or delivery vehicle, route your daily stops using handheld scanners, and deliver packages directly to residential and commercial customers. No CDL required! We provide all vehicles, fuel, uniforms, and equipment. This position is based at the FedEx terminal in Salina at 3660 Scanlan Ave, Salina, KS 67401. We're hiring for drivers available to work full 10 hour shifts from 9 AM - 7 PM, either on a full-time or part-time basis. Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) is preferred. Paid Training: Full paid training on route navigation, vehicle operation, and scanner usage Career Growth: Opportunities to advance to Lead Driver or Manager positions Key Responsibilities Safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle in all weather conditions Load and organize packages in the vehicle for optimal delivery efficiency Deliver and pick up a high volume of packages daily to homes and businesses accurately and on time Use a handheld scanner device (iPad/scanner) to log deliveries, capture signatures, and follow turn-by-turn routing Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service Qualifications & Requirements Age: Must be at least 21 years old Driver's License: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required) Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background screening Drug & Medical Screening: Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and DOT Physical exam (Medical Card paid for and provided upon hiring) Physical Capability: Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs unassisted and maneuver heavier packages weighing up to 150 lbs using a hand truck/dolly Schedule & Work Environment Shift Duration: Day shift starting at 9:00 AM until daily route completion ending at roughly 7:00 PM.
