Fedex ISP Pick up and Delivery Driver

Job Overiew Mavteam Logistics Inc. is an established FedEx Independent Service Provider (ISP) operating in the Spartanburg County area. We're not simply looking for delivery drivers—we're looking for professional representatives of the FedEx brand. Our team provides dependable, time-critical delivery services to businesses, industrial and commercial facilities, hospitals, and healthcare providers. As representatives of both our company and the FedEx brand, they are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Applicants should be prepared to: Report to work each day well-groomed, clean, and fit for duty. Maintain excellent personal hygiene and a neat, professional appearance. Wear the required company uniform properly and present a positive image at all times. Conduct themselves with courtesy, professionalism, and respect when interacting with customers, healthcare professionals, and the public. Demonstrate sound judgment, reliability, and a commitment to safety and confidentiality while handling time-sensitive and critical deliveries. Because our drivers frequently enter hospitals, medical offices, and customer facilities, professionalism, personal presentation, and respectful customer interaction are essential requirements of this position. If you enjoy being on the road, working independently, and finishing each day knowing you delivered excellent service, this may be a great fit. Must be 21. Must have 1 year experience driving commercial trucks, can be CDL or Non CDL. Must have decent driving record. Must be able to pass a background check. This is a very physical job — you’ll be lifting, moving, and delivering packages all day, rain or shine. So, if you love staying active and don’t need a gym membership, you’ll fit right in! What You’ll Do Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle on a dedicated route Deliver and pick up packages in a timely and professional manner Provide courteous, reliable service to residential and business customers Follow all FedEx safety standards and company procedures Perform basic vehicle inspections and keep your truck clean and organized What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) Ability to pass a background check and DOT physical/drug screen Comfortable lifting up to 150 lbs and working in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people What We Offer Competitive daily pay Consistent routes and steady work Paid training and ongoing support Well-maintained vehicles A professional, respectful team environment where drivers are treated like adults This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values consistency, and wants to be part of a stable operation with long-term opportunity.
