FedEx Independent Service Provider: Full-Time Delivery Driver - Shakopee, MN and Mahtomedi, MN

Who We Are: Mroczek Transportation, Inc., a locally owned FedEx contractor, has proudly served the north metro for 14 years. With new routes recently acquired, we are expanding our operations and looking to grow our reliable team. We serve communities including Prior Lake, Credit River, New Prague, Jordan, St. Paul and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our team as full time Non-CDL Delivery Drivers. Job Summary: As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting packages to residential and commercial locations along your assigned route, while ensuring the safety of yourself, your vehicle, and the packages at all times. You’ll play an essential role in maintaining efficient operations while providing excellent customer service. Scheduling is flexible, and we will work with you to find a schedule that best fits your needs and the company’s. Weekends required as needed. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a delivery vehicle Load and unload packages and materials Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses Obtain signatures for delivered items Follow all safety regulations and company policies Report any incidents, delays, or delivery issues to supervisors Weekends as needed Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to read and speak English Ability to use a dolly and move up to 150lbs throughout the day Strong communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Must pass a background check (no felony convictions or DUI convictions) Must pass a drug test (including marijuana) What We Offer: No CDL required Full-time schedule $210 - $240 per day 8hr shift Paid training Paid time off/Vacation pay Medical/retirement reimbursement program Supportive team and leadership Work Location: In person, based out of Shakopee or Mahtomedi, your choice of location Pay: $210.00 - $240.00 per day Benefits: 401(k) Company truck Flexible schedule Fuel discount Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Paid training Work Location: In person
