Terminal 633 - 9300 Premier Pkwy Saint Peters, MO 63376 SERVICE AREA: 63031 & 63042 - NO RURAL OR LONG DISTANCE DRIVING ! We are a team-oriented, high-energy operation committed to delivering excellence for commercial and residential customers across the greater St. Louis area. We are actively hiring drivers with FedEx Ground or FedEx Express experience. If you know the routes, the systems, and the pace — you'll hit the ground running with us. NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CLASS E -PLEASE ACQUIRE BEFORE APPLYING * CURRENT FEDEX DRIVERS - ARE FAST TRACKED AND RATE NEGOTIABLE Compensation $145/day — Training rate (first 5 days on the road) $190.00 - $220.00 per day — Standard rate (based on experience and number of stops) Also have stop pay option - $1.40 - $1.80/Stop Salary is negotiable based on experience and number of stops Weekly pay Sign On Bonus - $500( After 45 days) Referral Bonus - $200 ( After 45 days per referred hire) Position Details Full-time: 5 days/week standard; 6 days during peak season Part-time openings also available Weekend availability required Typical start time: 8:30 AM DOT Physical exam — company paid CLASS E REQUIRED Requirements Minimum 1 year of delivery driver experience Must be at least 21 years of age Clean driving record (DMV check required) Pass a pre-employment drug screen Pass a criminal background check Pass a DOT Physical exam Ability to repeatedly lift packages up to 150 lbs and use a dolly as needed Why Join Kincade Cox Logistics?
