Full-Time FedEx Delivery Driver – Sandy & Draper Area Starting Pay: Guaranteed Daily Minimum of $160+ Looking for a full-time driving job where you can stay active, work independently, and spend your day on the road? We’re hiring Full-Time Delivery Drivers for our routes primarily serving the Sandy, Draper, and Cottonwood Heights areas . Our routes are in dense delivery areas, which means more stops with less driving . If you like staying busy, working independently, and having your day move quickly, this could be a great fit. Schedule This is a full-time position with full delivery days . Each scheduled day begins at approximately 8:00 AM Your workday ends when your assigned route is complete Most routes are typically completed in 8 hours or less , although finish times can vary based on package volume, weather, traffic, and other delivery conditions Drivers work a regular, set weekly schedule Availability to work either Saturday or Sunday is required as part of your regular schedule Routes start and end at the FedEx terminal in Magna, Utah This is route-based delivery work rather than traditional shift work. Drivers are responsible for completing their assigned route each scheduled day. Pay Guaranteed daily minimum starting at $160 per day. Our pay structure rewards productivity while still providing a guaranteed daily minimum. Because our delivery areas are dense, drivers can complete more stops with less driving between deliveries, creating additional earning potential. What You'll Do Safely and efficiently deliver FedEx packages Operate a delivery vehicle, including 16-ft step vans Load and organize packages for your route Use a scanner and delivery technology throughout the day Complete your assigned delivery route Provide friendly and professional customer service Follow FedEx and company safety procedures Maintain a safe and organized delivery vehicle Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license Good driving record with no more than 2 recent infractions No DUI within the last 2 years Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a DOT drug screening Must obtain/maintain a valid DOT Medical Certificate Comfortable driving a 16-ft step van Able to lift and move packages throughout the day Reliable transportation to and from the FedEx terminal in Magna Dependable and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday as part of your regular set schedule Training We provide paid training to prepare you to run a route safely and independently. Training includes orientation, hands-on delivery training, required certifications, and a road test. Drivers must successfully complete all required training before being released to drive independently.
