Fedex Ground Delivery Driver - Troy, MI
VanderVlucht Delivery Inc.FedEx Ground contractor is looking to hire full-time package delivery drivers. Sunday-Friday Tuesday-Saturday We are contracted through Fed-Ex Ground to deliver and pick up packages daily. We hire safe and committed drivers to obtain our goal of safety and service. Currently routes are in Troy and distpatched out of the Lake Orion terminal. Must be able to lift up to 150lbs with the assistance of a dolly. Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions. Have reliable transportation to and from the terminal. Work Experience: Have one year commercial driving experience in past three years or 5 years in the past 10 years. Can be anything from pizza delivery to OTR trucking as long as it is commercial driving experience. TRAINING PROVIDED: for candidates with little or no experience must be able to complete and pass a 4 hour online training course Must be 21 years or older Be able to obtain a Chauffeur's license or Currently possess one (Required) Be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card or Currently possess one (Required) Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be able to pass drug screening No felonies No misdemeanors No driving violations within past 12 months No Accidents within past 5 years (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $180.00 - $200.00 per day Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Lake Orion, MI 48359 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Lake Orion, MI 48359: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
