Job Overview SPC Inc., with over 20 years of experience in the industry, is seeking reliable and dedicated FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers (Non-CDL) to join our team. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to homes and businesses across Bucks County. This role offers paid training and the opportunity to work home daily, providing a consistent schedule within a supportive team environment. You will operate various vehicles such as step vans, cargo vans, or box trucks, depending on the route assigned. Duties Load and organize your vehicle before starting your delivery routes to ensure efficient operation. Safely operate a step van, cargo van, or box truck to deliver packages across Bucks County. Use the FedEx scanner to track and confirm deliveries accurately. Deliver packages to homes and businesses in a timely manner while adhering to traffic regulations and safety standards. Follow assigned routes daily, ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and professionally. Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including loading and unloading packages. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; non-CDL license required. Prior delivery driving experience is preferred but not mandatory; paid training will be provided. Ability to operate a step van, cargo van, or box truck safely and responsibly. Strong organizational skills for loading and managing packages effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Ability to adhere to traffic laws and safety procedures at all times. Physical ability to lift packages as needed during deliveries and warehouse tasks.
