Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or personal vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques, ensuring proper weight distribution and safe lifting practices Execute delivery routes efficiently, utilizing mobile devices for navigation and delivery verification Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent customer service during package drop-offs Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation Use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or load bars when necessary to secure packages during transit Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual transmission operation, and warehouse operations when handling shipments Experience Prior delivery driver experience or courier background preferred, especially with commercial driving or van driving roles Warehouse experience including material handling equipment operation and moving heavy loads is advantageous Familiarity with manual handling, heavy lifting, and safe lifting practices in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of route driving, adhering to traffic regulations, and DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance standards Experience using mobile devices for route management or package tracking is beneficial Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and reliability Join us in delivering excellence!
