Apply only if you can meet them. PAY $135/day after paid training. Experienced drivers start at $145/day. Pay reviewed after 90 days; additional compensation based on experience and performance. Company vehicle and fuel provided. You must have reliable transportation to and from the terminal. SCHEDULE & TEAMWORK Be ready to work at 7:30 AM and stay until the job is done. No set ending time. Be available Monday–Saturday, plus Sundays during peak. Saturdays required year-round; both weekend days required during peak. Helping other drivers is compensated. Off-peak, helping is optional with a route of at least 125 stops and required with fewer than 125. During peak, EVERY driver MUST check in with a manager after completing their route and help anyone, anywhere, as management directs. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE. If you will not comply, DO NOT APPLY. REQUIREMENTS Age 21+ with a current, valid hardcopy driver’s license. No CDL required. Read, speak and write English. Authorized to work in the U.S.; E-Verify required. Pass background and driving-record checks, drug test, DOT physical, road test and FedEx approval. Safely lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs., using a hand truck as needed. Working cellphone with active service for calls and texts without Wi-Fi. Follow complex instructions, multitask and use scanners, phones and tablets. Complete your first 90 days with no callouts, tardies or absences, except appointments disclosed and approved at hire. KNOW THE JOBThis is physically demanding work with long days, all weather and deliveries after dark. Delays happen. We require dependable team players who manage their time, adapt, follow management’s directions and finish the job. SAFETY FIRST. NO-QUIT ATTITUDE.
