Fedex Ground Contractor Hiring CDL Class A Driver (MON-FRI)

FedEx Ground is currently looking for a CDL Class A driver with a Double/Triple endorsement to work solo . This position is no-touch freight with drop-and-hook only . the 3 position are overnight shift starting time 8:00pm - 9PM. Pay $0.85 per mile Shift Options: 1. Sunday–Thursday :* $1,400–$1,700* 2. Monday–Saturday: $1,600–$1,800 3. Monday - Friday : $1400-1600 Weekly Earnings: $1,400–$1,500 (before taxes) . Minimum salary is guaranteed even if you do not reach enough miles. Requirements: 1. Summary As a FedEx Ground Contractor Tractor Trailer Driver, you will lead efficient, on-time over-the-road freight delivery operations. You will operate tractor-trailer equipment, navigate using GPS, and manage general freight transportation with a focus on safety and reliability. Reporting to the contractor or fleet manager, you are expected to uphold high standards for delivery performance, compliant driving (CDL A), and cargo handling. Your role centers on timely routes, accurate load securement, and exceptional customer interactions while maintaining vehicle and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailer equipment to transport goods to and from designated locations, complying with all CDL A, DOT, and company policies. Plan routes using GPS, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and conduct routine maintenance checks on vehicle and trailer. Load, secure, and unload freight using proper lifting techniques and equipment; manage hazardous materials handling if applicable. Maintain accurate delivery logs, driver/delivery manifests, and timeliness in meeting customer expectations. Adhere to safety protocols, drive defensively, and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
