FedEx Ground AVP Delivery Driver – Personal Vehicle

Job Summary Titanex Logistics USA, Inc., an independent service provider contracted with FedEx Ground, is hiring dependable drivers for its Alternate Vehicle Program (AVP) . AVP drivers use their own qualifying passenger vehicles to deliver packages to residential and business customers along assigned local routes. This position is ideal for reliable, self-motivated drivers who work efficiently, follow directions, and provide professional customer service. No commercial driver’s license is required. FedEx Ground is delivered by Independent Service Partners/contractors, not FedEx directly. Compensation Paid training Compensation is based on route mileage and successfully completed delivery stops Exact mileage and per-stop rates will be provided before employment Drivers are responsible for vehicle maintenance and other operating expenses unless otherwise stated in writing. Responsibilities Report to the Titanex station at the scheduled start time Load and organize packages safely inside your personal vehicle Deliver packages accurately and efficiently along an assigned route Use GPS, routing software, and package-scanning technology Complete a valid delivery attempt for every assigned package Follow delivery instructions and all applicable safety procedures Maintain professional communication with customers and management Protect packages from theft, loss, and weather damage Communicate promptly regarding delivery issues or undelivered packages Return any company-issued equipment and undelivered packages as directed Driver Requirements Applicants must: Be at least 21 years old Possess a valid driver’s license Be legally authorized to work in the United States Have a satisfactory driving record Provide a current Motor Vehicle Report covering the previous three years Pass a pre-employment criminal background check Pass a pre-employment drug screening Own a compatible smartphone with active cellular data Be able to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to follow route instructions, communicate with customers, and complete deliveries safely Be able to lift, carry, load, and unload packages weighing up to 70 pounds Work independently and complete the assigned route reliably Be punctual, organized, and able to manage time effectively Previous delivery, rideshare, courier, or route-driving experience is preferred but not required. Vehicle Requirements Drivers must provide and use their own qualifying passenger vehicle. Approved vehicles include: Mid-size or full-size sedans SUVs Minivans Pickup trucks equipped with a permanent, hard, fully lockable bed cover or cap The vehicle must: Be less than 12 years old Be reliable and in good mechanical and physical condition Have sufficient space to transport assigned packages securely Have a fully enclosed and lockable cargo area Be legally registered and properly insured Meet all applicable insurance requirements for delivery use The following vehicles are not eligible: Open-bed pickup trucks Cargo vans Large commercial or freight vehicles Marked commercial rental vehicles Vehicles with unsecured or exposed cargo areas Required Vehicle Documentation Qualified applicants must be prepared to provide: Valid Florida driver’s license Current vehicle registration Current proof of automobile insurance Color photographs showing all four sides of the vehicle Clear photograph of the vehicle’s VIN/GVWR certification label, typically located inside the driver-side door jamb Additional insurance documentation or business-use coverage may be required before the driver begins operating a route.
