FedEx Delivery Driver Who We’re Looking For Experienced delivery drivers preferred — especially from FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or similar. Professionals looking for long-term, stable work — we’re building a solid team, not just filling spots If you are an experienced FedEx driver, we have a completely different pay structure based on your experience. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles (vans, step vans, or trucks)• Deliver packages to homes and businesses• Load, unload, inspect, and operate vehicles• Follow delivery routes and time schedules• Interact with customers in a courteous, professional manner• Maintain delivery logs and complete required reports Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (no excessive speeding, accidents, or DUIs in the last 3–10 years)• Clean background check (no arrests related to theft, violence, or sexual offenses in the past 10 years)• Must pass a DOT drug test (federal regulations apply — no medical marijuana exceptions)• Must be able to work in all weather conditions• Must have reliable transportation and a working smartphone• Able to lift packages from 5 lbs up to 150 lbs (with dolly/hand truck assistance)• Minimum 2 years of delivery experience required Compensation & Benefits $44,200 – $52,000 per year• No overtime pay• Holiday bonus• Vacation days earned annually• Performance-based holiday pay Join Our Team We offer more than just a job — we offer stability, support, and room to grow.
