EGF Logistics Inc., a FedEx Ground delivery contractor, is seeking dependable, safety-conscious Delivery Drivers to join our team! If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to become part of a growing delivery operation. As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company-provided delivery vehicle and deliver packages to residential and business customers safely, accurately, and on time. No CDL required! We provide paid training to help you learn our delivery procedures and succeed in the role. Pay and Benefits Daily Pay: $130–$150 per day Weekly Pay: Every Friday Paid Training: $100 per day during training Paid Vacation: Available after one year of employment Company-provided delivery vehicle Independent work environment Full-time and part-time opportunities Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle. Deliver packages to designated residential and business locations in a timely manner. Load and unload packages and verify delivery accuracy. Follow assigned routes while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide professional, courteous customer service. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, delivery issues, or route concerns. Keep the delivery vehicle clean and report mechanical problems or accidents promptly. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Represent EGF Logistics Inc. and FedEx Ground professionally. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass required pre-employment background and drug screenings. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Ability to lift, carry, bend, and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment. Previous courier or delivery experience is a plus, but not required.
