COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Starting Pay: $200-$225 PER DAY , depending on FedEx and delivery experience** In addition to your daily pay, you may earn: $5 Daily Service Bonus $5 Daily Service Bonus $500 Sign-On Bon us after completing 20 routes Paid Weekly - Every Friday Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance beginning 2027 Section 125 support immediately available 401(k) with company match after 1 year Paid Time Off (PTO) All uniforms, scanners, fuel cards, and equipment provided SCHEDULE Full-Time: 5 days per week Part-Time: 2–3 days per week Approximate 10-hour long shifts Start time: 8:15 AM Must be available to work one weekend day each week Peak Season: One additional day will be required to meet business need Local delivery routes within a designated territory Routes are assigned and organized for efficient daily deliveries DELIVERY DRIVER REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 21 years old Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to safely operate and navigate a delivery Step Van Must be able to lift and move packages up to 80 lbs. without reasonable accommodation. Material handling equipment will be provided. Comfortable using GPS navigation Follow strict safety standards on and off the road Must be dependable and willing to work a consistent schedule All candidates must be able to pass: Background Check DOT Physical (not required before applying; resources provided to schedule) DOT Drug Screen JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you will: Deliver packages to local homes and businesses within a designated route Provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages Follow assigned routes, package sequence, and pick-up schedules Load, unload, prepare, and inspect packages Safely operate delivery vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards Check shipments for conformance with FedEx service requirements Address and resolve customer service concerns Complete required logs, reports, and delivery documentation READY TO GET STARTED?
