Delivery Driver – Part-Time, Full-Time & Seasonal (FedEx Ground Routes) TJH Logistics | Greensboro, NC TJH Logistics is a contracted service provider for FedEx, and we're hiring dependable, safety-focused drivers to deliver packages on last-mile routes in FedEx-branded vehicles. We're looking to fill part-time, full-time, and temporary/seasonal positions, so whether you want a permanent position, or seasonal work during our peak season, we have a route for you. About the Role As a delivery driver, you'll operate a FedEx vehicle to pick up and deliver packages to homes and businesses along an assigned route. You'll represent TJH Logistics and FedEx on the road, so we're looking for people who take pride in safe driving, punctuality, and great customer interactions. Responsibilities Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle (cargo van or box truck) along assigned residential and/or commercial routes Load, scan, and deliver packages accurately and on time Use a handheld scanner/mobile app to track deliveries and confirm drop-offs Inspect the vehicle before and after shifts and report any mechanical issues Provide friendly, professional service to customers at every stop Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays, road conditions, or delivery issues Adapt to seasonal volume changes, including holiday peak season Schedule Full-time: Monday–Friday and/or weekend routes, typically 8 hour work days Part-time: Flexible days and on-call availability Temporary/Seasonal: Short-term positions available to help cover peak season and high-volume periods, with the potential to transition into an ongoing part-time or full-time role Early morning start times required (specific start time provided based on route) Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 21 years of age Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift and get in/out of the vehicle frequently Comfortable using a handheld scanner or delivery app Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Prior delivery, driving, or customer service experience preferred but not required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States What We Offer Competitive pay, paid weekly Consistent routes and predictable schedules Paid training Opportunity for growth into full-time or lead driver roles A supportive team environment with a company that values safety and reliability About TJH Logistics TJH Logistics is a last-mile delivery service provider partnering with FedEx to bring packages safely and efficiently to our communities.
