FedEx Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Singing River Express is now hiring Full-Time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers in the Gulfport, MS area. If you enjoy being active, working independently, and delivering packages to local homes and businesses, we want to hear from you! Pay $140 – $160 per day starting pay (based on experience) $15 per day incentive pay based on attendance and performance Additional Benefits Paid weekly Health insurance (low deductibles) Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Shoe program Paid training ($120 per day) Terminal Location Drivers operate out of the FedEx Ground terminal located at: 10268 Corporate Dr, Gulfport, MS 39503 You will be delivering packages to local residences and businesses using company-provided delivery trucks . Schedule Monday and Friday required One weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) Weekend work required 5–6 days per week available Shift begins 7:30 AM and runs until deliveries are completed (typically around 6:00 PM ) Responsibilities Arrive at the FedEx terminal to pick up delivery vehicle and packages Load and unload packages from the truck Deliver packages safely and efficiently within the assigned service area Scan and track packages using the delivery scanner Driver Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Clean Motor Vehicle Record 1 year of driving experience (delivery driving, Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.) Ability to pass a drug test (includes cannabis, Delta-8, certain CBD products) Ability to pass a DOT physical (paid by employer) Background check required Able to handle packages up to 150 lbs with a dolly CDL is NOT required Experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart Spark, Uber, Lyft, or other delivery services is a plus!
