Your responsibilities will include: Ride along in a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle Assist the driver with delivering packages to homes and businesses Load, unload, and organize packages Carry packages to customers' doors Help locate and organize packages throughout the route Assist with moving larger or heavier packages using proper equipment Provide friendly, professional customer service Follow all company safety procedures Work as part of a team to complete daily deliveries efficiently This is a physically active position that involves walking, lifting, carrying packages, and getting in and out of a delivery vehicle throughout the day. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must successfully pass a criminal background check Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier packages using appropriate equipment Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry packages throughout the shift Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Able to work well with a delivery driver as part of a team Reliable transportation to and from the FedEx terminal No CDL Required. No Driving Required. No Drug Test Required. No DOT Physical Required. Previous experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, USPS, DHL, OnTrac, warehouse work, landscaping, construction, moving, package handling, or other physically active jobs is helpful but not required .
