FedEx Ground Delivery Driver – $200–$220/Day | No CDL Required Atlantic Crest Logistics — Independent Service Provider for FedEx GroundTerminal: 30 Plaza Heights Road, West Lebanon, NH 03784 Paid weekly | Home daily | Paid training | Company vehicle and fuel provided Atlantic Crest Logistics is hiring dependable, safety-focused delivery drivers for local residential and business routes operating from the FedEx Ground terminal in West Lebanon. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and taking ownership of the workday. No CDL is required. Compensation and Schedule $200–$220 per day, based on experience and performance Paid weekly Full-time schedule: five days per week Additional-day and overtime opportunities may be available Typical start time: approximately 8:30 -9:00 a.m. Shift ends when the assigned route is completed Home every night What We Provide Company delivery vehicle Fuel card Uniforms Delivery scanner and navigation tools Hand truck for heavier packages Paid training Paid time off Opportunities for increased pay and advancement What You Will Do Arrive at the terminal on time and organize your assigned packages Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Safely deliver packages to homes and businesses on a local route Scan and document every delivery and pickup accurately Load, unload and handle packages without damaging the package, vehicle or property Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures Communicate promptly with dispatch about delays, hazards or delivery issues Provide professional, courteous service at every stop Keep the assigned vehicle clean and report maintenance concerns promptly Drivers should expect a fast-paced, physically active workday with approximately 120–150 stops, depending on route volume and location. Minimum Requirements Applicants must: Be at least 21 years old Hold a valid driver’s license Have a driving record that meets company and FedEx Ground standards Pass a background check, motor vehicle record review, drug screening and DOT physical Be able to safely lift, carry and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance Be able to repeatedly enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the day Work effectively without direct supervision Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch Be dependable and available for the agreed schedule Professional driving or delivery experience is helpful, but it is not required.
