FedEx Delivery Driver Grand Rapids, MI | Full-Time | $175–$200/Day | Local Routes | Home Daily We are hiring dependable, motivated full-time FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our team operating out of the FedEx terminal in Grand Rapids. Starting pay is $175 per day , with top-performing drivers earning up to $200 per day . This is a full-time, year-round position with local delivery routes. You'll drive a company-provided delivery vehicle, deliver packages to residential and commercial customers, and return to the Grand Rapids terminal at the end of your route. No CDL or previous FedEx experience is required. Paid training is provided. Minimum Requirements Please review these requirements before applying: Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a DOT medical certificate Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Must meet applicable background and motor vehicle record requirements Must obtain and maintain a valid chauffeur's license before performing driving duties Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable operating a commercial delivery vehicle Able to repeatedly enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the day Able to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment or assistance Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Weekend availability may be required Chauffeur's License A chauffeur's license is NOT required to apply. Candidates selected for employment must obtain a valid chauffeur's license before performing driving duties. A valid chauffeur's license issued by any state is acceptable. What You'll Do Operate a company-provided commercial delivery vehicle Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers Complete scheduled pickups Load, unload, organize, and safely handle packages Use handheld scanners and delivery technology Follow assigned routes and delivery procedures Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Practice safe and defensive driving Provide professional customer service Meet company and FedEx safety, service, and performance standards Return to the Grand Rapids terminal after completing your route Experience Previous package delivery, courier, commercial driving, or route delivery experience is preferred but not required . We provide paid training for qualified candidates who are new to delivery driving. Candidates who already hold current FedEx driver qualification/approval should indicate that on their application so eligibility for the sign-on bonus can be verified during the hiring process.
