FedEx Delivery Driver

Full Job Description JC Lewis Logistics Inc., an independent service provider for FedEx, is seeking experienced and reliable delivery drivers to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, physically active position that requires strong time management, safe driving habits, and the ability to work independently. Drivers are responsible for completing assigned delivery routes efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Schedule & Work Hours 5-day fixed schedule (set days each week) Start time: 8:00 AM sharp End time: When all assigned deliveries are completed Typical workdays range from 8–10+ hours depending on route volume WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED Compensation 150-200 daily rate depending on experience Training pay Consistent full-time work available year-round Opportunity for stable income with fixed schedule Key Responsibilities Operate a box truck safely and efficiently in residential and commercial areas Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after routes Load, organize, and secure packages to ensure accurate deliveries Deliver packages using routing/scanning systems Maintain delivery pace while following all traffic laws and safety guidelines Communicate with dispatch regarding route progress or issues Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times Follow all policies set by JC Lewis Logistics Inc. and FedEx Requirements (Strict) Minimum 1 years of verifiable box truck driving experience (REQUIRED) Prior delivery driving experience strongly preferred FedEx, Amazon, UPS, or similar experience is a major plus Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Must be able to work independently without supervision Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and deliver packages up to 50–150 lbs Ability to get in and out of the truck 100+ times per day Comfortable working in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold) Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods Work Environment Fast-paced delivery routes with time-sensitive stops Independent work with minimal supervision Use of handheld scanners and route management systems Daily interaction with customers Important Notes This is a performance-based role — drivers are expected to complete all assigned deliveries daily Only experienced drivers will be considered Applicants with felony convictions are not encouraged to apply Professionalism, reliability, and attendance are strictly enforced Why Join JC Lewis Logistics Inc.?
