FedEx Delivery Driver

EGF Logistics Inc., a FedEx Ground delivery contractor, is seeking dependable, motivated, and safety-conscious Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Waycross, Georgia! As a Delivery Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring packages are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working independently, and provide excellent customer service. No CDL required! Pay & Benefits Daily Pay: $130–$150 per day Paid Training: $100 per day during training Weekly Pay: Every Friday Paid Vacation: Available after one year of employment Company-provided delivery vehicle Full-time and part-time opportunities available Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle. Load, unload, and organize packages for delivery. Deliver packages accurately and on schedule. Follow assigned routes and comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations. Verify package accuracy and maintain proper delivery documentation. Provide professional, courteous customer service. Communicate delays, delivery issues, and vehicle concerns to dispatch or management. Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the delivery vehicle. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Represent EGF Logistics Inc. and FedEx Ground professionally. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass required pre-employment background and drug screenings. Previous delivery or courier experience is a plus, but not required. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and follow directions. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 150 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and safely maneuver packages to delivery locations.
