Pay & Schedule Earn $50,000–$55,000 annually Daily pay of $180–$200 Weekly pay every Friday Paid training at your full daily rate Full-time position Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday Thursday and Saturday off Start time: 8:00 AM Routes average approximately 7 hours Deliver approximately 100–150 stops per day Average route of approximately 110 miles Home every day Benefits Paid training Weekly pay Company-provided delivery vehicle Paid vacation after one year IRA with company contribution Stable, year-round employment Opportunities for growth and advancement No CDL required Job Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided FedEx delivery vehicle Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers Load and organize packages for efficient delivery Follow an assigned route using GPS and handheld scanners Complete daily vehicle inspections Maintain accurate delivery records Communicate with dispatch as needed Provide excellent customer service Follow all FedEx, DOT, and company safety procedures Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a DOT physical Able to pass a Federal DOT drug screen (including marijuana) Able to pass a 10-year criminal background check Able to lift and deliver packages weighing up to 150 pounds using a hand truck or dolly when necessary Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Previous experience is a plus but not required.
