Upstate Express Inc is a contractor for FedEx Ground . Our routes cover one of the biggest zip codes in Greenville, SC! This is a very fast pace position, and can get the job done quickly. Pay is performance base, daily pay. The less hours it takes to get the job done, the more money you make per hour! We dispatch everyday from the Spartanburg Terminal . Full Time and Part Time and Entry Level positions available! This Position: Truck: Step Van, which is classified as a Medium Duty vehicle. Route: Typically more difficult routes servicing more businesses with high stop count. 26 ft straight truck, bulk stops. Less stops, more packages. Pay: Paid a training wage at start. Pay gradually escalates with driver productivity from training. Most drivers make $140-$160 per day (bonus included) We have a generous peak bonus! A driver who can perform well on a city route can make $150+ per day within a few months of starting the job and can move up to be as high as $180 per day . Experienced drivers can make $45,000-$50,000 per year. Details: Operations are 7 days a week. New drivers must work at least one weekend day and have a day off throughout the week. 6 days are an option if you are interested. $25 bonus each weekend day worked 6 days available year round if desired 6 days required during Peak Season Paid Time Off after one year of employment Individual Retirement Accounts with employer matching.
