Pay & Benefits $140–$180 per day Weekly pay via direct deposit Double-time pay for required overtime Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days Paid DOT physical Paid time off after one year Stable, year-round work Company-provided delivery vehicle No CDL required Job Responsibilities Pick up your assigned delivery vehicle and packages from the FedEx Ground terminal Load and organize packages for efficient delivery Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers Follow GPS navigation and assigned delivery routes Complete delivery scans using a handheld device Follow all FedEx and company safety procedures Provide friendly and professional customer service Maintain a safe and professional driving environment Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license At least one year of driving experience in any vehicle type Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Able to move packages up to 150 pounds with a hand truck when necessary Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Previous experience with FedEx, Amazon DSP, UPS, DHL, USPS, Walmart, courier services, route driving, or delivery work is preferred but not required . Schedule Monday through Saturday operation Full-time — 5–6 days per week Start time around 7:30 AM Most routes finish around 5:30 PM Optional Sunday work available with double-time pay FAST HIRING PROCESS Qualified applicants can begin the hiring process immediately.
