CDL Class A Linehaul Drivers – Team & Solo Pro Driver Inc. | FedEx Ground Contracted Service Provider Pro Driver Inc. is hiring safe, dependable, and experienced CDL Class A drivers for our FedEx Ground linehaul operation based in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. We are seeking established driving teams and qualified solo drivers for dedicated and flexible linehaul opportunities. AVAILABLE ROUTES Santa Teresa, NM ↔ Dallas, TX Team drivers preferred Solo drivers also considered Solo drivers must be flexible and available for additional routes and destinations as needed Round-trip, terminal-to-terminal operations 100% no-touch freight Drop & hook Santa Teresa, NM ↔ Midland, TX PM/nighttime linehaul operation Solo drivers welcome Round-trip route Terminal-to-terminal operations Drop & hook Flexible scheduling required COMPENSATION Solo Drivers: $0.58–$0.60 per mile starting pay Team Drivers: $0.74–$0.76 per mile starting pay (combined team rate) Pay based on experience and qualifications Additional trips may be available depending on freight volume and operational needs Opportunity for increased earnings as our linehaul operation expands SCHEDULE & HOME TIME Approximately 5–6 days per week, depending on assigned routes and operational needs Sunday through Friday operational coverage PM and overnight driving opportunities Home after scheduled round trips Flexibility required for additional routes and changing operational demands WHAT WE OFFER 100% no-touch freight Drop & hook operations Terminal-to-terminal routes Well-maintained equipment Established FedEx Ground Contracted Service Provider Opportunities for additional miles Potential to grow into a larger or full-time schedule MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Valid CDL Class A Minimum 21 years of age Doubles/Triples endorsement At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the previous 3 years OR 5 years within the previous 10 years Current DOT medical card Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening Ability to pass required background and motor vehicle record checks Must meet FedEx Ground and DOT driver qualification requirements Safe and professional driving record PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Previous FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Walmart, or other linehaul/terminal-to-terminal driving experience is a plus, but not required.
