FedEx BC/Manager Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced FedEx BC/Manager to oversee daily distribution operations and lead a team effectively. This role involves managing logistics, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and maintaining high standards of managerial communication. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CDL and demonstrate strong leadership skills to optimize delivery processes and team performance. Responsibilities Lead and manage the distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery services Oversee team management, including supervising staff, scheduling, and fostering a positive work environment Coordinate logistics activities to streamline package handling, routing, and transportation processes Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, upper management, and clients Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during daily operations Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements as needed Manage resources effectively to meet delivery deadlines and operational goals Requirements Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required Proven experience in distribution or logistics management, preferably within a courier or freight service environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication abilities for managerial interactions Ability to handle logistics operations efficiently under pressure Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in transportation and distribution fields Join our team to lead dynamic distribution operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and exceptional service delivery.
