Federal Procurement Specialist (Linthicum Heights, onsite)
Innovative Technologies CorporationInnovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Federal Procurement Specialist to support a proposal we are bidding on for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). Anticipated contract start is April 2027, subject to contract award and the Government schedule. There are 2 anticipated openings. Support procurement of specialized technical equipment through market research, purchase documentation, evaluation support, and delivery tracking. Clearance Required: Secret. Candidates must meet this clearance requirement for the assignment; clearance status will be verified. Required Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. · At least 3 years of experience in federal procurement, purchasing, or contract execution support. · Experience conducting targeted market research, reviewing specialized equipment purchase descriptions, and drafting sole-source or limited-source justifications, including Brand Name Justifications and Justifications and Approvals (J&As). · Experience supporting technical evaluation teams and compiling Request for Information (RFI) technical specifications. · Experience with post-award tracking, product delivery monitoring, and equipment warranty logs. Key Responsibilities · Research technical equipment sources and prepare draft purchase descriptions and justification documents. · Organize technical submissions and specifications for Government evaluation. · Track delivery schedules, equipment documentation, and warranty actions.
