Federal Logistics Specialist (Linthicum Heights, onsite)

Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Federal Logistics Specialist to support a proposal we are bidding on for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). Anticipated contract start is April 2027, subject to contract award and the Government schedule. There are 2 anticipated openings. Support Government property accountability, inventory control, shipping, storage, and logistics documentation for technical equipment. Clearance Required: No clearance required, but prefer active SECRET clearance Required Qualifications · Demonstrated experience in federal property management, inventory control, and logistics under applicable FAR property requirements and asset accountability standards. · Experience maintaining inventory records, material logs, stock-level documentation, and equipment lifecycle matrices for highly technical equipment. · Ability to reconcile property lists, identify discrepancies, and produce Inventory Accuracy Reports. · Experience developing standard procedures for material intake, storage, security, and distribution. · Experience preparing receiving and shipping records, managing storage layouts, and coordinating transportation for off-site events. Key Responsibilities · Maintain traceable inventory and shipping records and reconcile Government property lists. · Document discrepancies, equipment lifecycle status, and material accountability. · Support storage procedures, facility readiness documentation, and transportation coordination.
