Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Federal Inventory Management Specialist to support a proposal we are bidding on. This position is expected to be located in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. We estimate the award will be made in April 2027. The specialist will track Government property used in technical programs from receipt and storage through issue, shipment, and replacement planning. This role maintains accurate, audit-ready records, reconciles inventory discrepancies with Government staff, and helps keep mission-critical equipment available and serviceable. Clearance Required: TS/SCI Required Qualifications Working knowledge of the Federal Supply System and electronic or manual supply systems used to track equipment and its serviceability. Ability to maintain accurate inventory records, analyze discrepancies, and prepare clear reports for Government and company leaders. Strong organization and time-management skills, including the ability to resolve urgent inventory issues accurately. Ability to work effectively with internal teams, Government personnel, and external partners to meet equipment needs. Customer service experience supporting users who depend on timely access to equipment and supplies. Ability to provide on-call support, including weekends when required, to maintain operational readiness. Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. Willingness to sign a Letter of Intent for this contingent proposal hire. Desired Qualifications Experience accounting for Government property or specialized technical equipment in a DoD or federal environment. Experience with serialized asset records, barcode systems, chain-of-custody controls, or inventory audits. Experience improving inventory accuracy, storage practices, or equipment replacement planning. Key Responsibilities Maintain current records for Government property, material movements, stock levels, storage locations, condition, and ownership. Receive, inspect, record, store, issue, and ship equipment using documented controls and traceable records. Reconcile physical inventory with Government property lists each month; document discrepancies and support their resolution with Government staff. Track serialized assets and equipment life cycles so the team can identify serviceability issues and upcoming replacement needs. Maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments, including packing, transit, delivery, and accountability information. Prepare inventory accuracy reports that identify discrepancies, trends, and recommended corrective actions. Review recurring inventory issues and recommend practical improvements to storage layouts, data checks, and asset-tracking processes. Coordinate across DC3 teams to make needed equipment available for technical work and respond to urgent inventory needs, including on-call support when required. Compensation & Benefits The Salary for this contingent hire position is $100,000 to $125,000 based on experience and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 10 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.
