FCL Export Coordinator

Job Overview EuroUSA Shipping is seeking an experienced FCL Shipping Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the export process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating the smooth movement of goods to international destinations. This role requires at least one year shipping experience and strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of FCL Shipping operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the export process, including documentation and compliance with international shipping regulations. Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient loading and shipping of goods.. Utilize shipping management systems to track shipments and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding shipping schedules and requirements. Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners. Knowledge of booking and exporting shipping containers including the documentation requirements, customs, container trucking, AES and House and original bills of lading.
