About the Position The FBA Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for preparing products for shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and the ability to complete repetitive warehouse tasks efficiently. The associate may also support general warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, inventory transfers, and KOBO manufacturing and assembly as business needs require. Primary Responsibilities Amazon FBA Preparation Apply FNSKU labels, expiration-date labels, suffocation-warning labels, and other required labels accurately. Prepare products using poly bags, bubble wrap, tape, shrink wrap, protective packaging, and other materials according to Amazon requirements. Assemble multipacks, bundles, and other Amazon-specific product configurations. Remove or cover existing product barcodes when required. Inspect products for damage, leakage, incorrect packaging, labeling issues, or other defects. Pack completed units into shipping cartons according to shipment instructions. Accurately count and document prepared quantities. Separate products with damage, discrepancies, or inventory issues and report them to the appropriate manager. Maintain organized staging areas for inventory awaiting preparation, completed inventory, and outbound shipments. Meet established daily productivity and accuracy expectations. Warehouse and Fulfillment Support Support pick, pack, and ship operations by fulfilling online orders, pulling products and materials, and preparing cartons for shipment. Assist with incoming and outgoing inventory transfers between company locations. Use the warehouse management system to track inventory and product movement. Troubleshoot incomplete orders and inventory discrepancies. Assist with regular inventory counts and location audits. Support receiving, putaway, warehouse organization, and other operational tasks as needed. Keep workstations clean, organized, stocked, and compliant with warehouse safety standards. Additional Operational Support Occasionally support KOBO manufacturing, candle assembly, packaging, and general warehouse functions. Assist other departments or warehouse locations during high-volume periods. Although the primary work location is our Avondale warehouse, employees may occasionally be asked to support operations at our Lincoln Square location.
