FBA Coordinator
Maple Supply Chain Management Inc.Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FBA Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will oversee the management and coordination of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations, ensuring seamless inventory flow, accurate order processing, and efficient warehouse distribution. Your energetic approach will help optimize warehouse productivity, support e-commerce order fulfillment, and maintain high standards of shipping and receiving accuracy. Duties Monitor inbound air and rail shipments in real time, tracking shipment status from origin departure through customs clearance and final delivery. Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records. Handle email correspondence and respond to shipment-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Prepare, review, and manage all required shipping and customs documentation to support smooth and timely customs clearance. Coordinate with airports, rail terminals, warehouses, and other service providers regarding cargo handling and shipment status. Arrange and coordinate trucking schedules for the pickup and delivery of shipments and containers to designated warehouses. Communicate effectively with internal teams, warehouses, trucking partners, customs-related parties, and other departments to ensure operational alignment. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve logistical issues that arise throughout the shipping process. Escalate urgent or complex shipment issues to the appropriate team or management when necessary. Follow up on delayed, missing, or exception shipments and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken. Maintain organized shipment files and documentation for operational and reporting purposes. Requirements Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. Experience with air freight, rail transportation, customs clearance, or trucking coordination is an asset. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal and external teams.
