Farm Delivery & Logistics Associate Pure Pasture Farms | Springfield, Tennessee W-2 employee | Approximately 30–35 hours per week Pure Pasture Farms is looking for a dependable, organized person to help pack orders, deliver pasture-raised meats and other farm products, manage freezer inventory, and support our Saturday farmers market. This is a hands-on position combining driving, physical work and friendly customer service. Pay Starting at $20 per hour Eligible for an increase to $23 per hour after a satisfactory 90-day performance review Additional 3% commission on Richland Park farmers market sales after training What you’ll do Drive our Mercedes Sprinter for local home deliveries and scheduled feed and poultry-harvest pickups Help pick, check and pack customer orders Load and unload products, restock walk-in and fulfillment freezers, and keep inventory organized Follow delivery schedules and use phone-based routing and order information Handle frozen products carefully and follow food-handling procedures Help set up and break down our Saturday booth at Richland Park Farmers Market in Nashville Assist Melissa with market sales and customer questions Keep the vehicle and work areas clean, and report inventory discrepancies or vehicle concerns Typical schedule Monday: order packing Tuesday: local deliveries Wednesday: additional deliveries on heavier weeks Thursday: scheduled feed pickups, harvest pickups and inventory work Saturday: farmers market setup, sales and breakdown Fridays and Sundays off Hours are generally 30–35 per week, with some seasonal variation. Poultry production runs from March through October, so winter weeks may involve fewer replenishment trips. Delivery and fulfillment work continues throughout the year as product availability allows. What we’re looking for A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record Dependable attendance, punctuality and attention to detail Comfort driving a delivery van and using a smartphone for work Ability to repeatedly lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 lb and work in freezer conditions Friendly, professional communication with customers Availability for the schedule above, including Saturdays Delivery, order-fulfillment, inventory or customer-service experience is helpful. Training will be provided, including time working alongside our current driver. We’re looking for someone who can begin training during October.
