Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Factory Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your hands-on skills and mechanical aptitude will contribute directly to the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Operate various manufacturing equipment, including forklifts, power tools, and hand tools, with adherence to safety protocols. Assist in assembly line tasks such as mechanical assembly, component fitting, and product packaging. Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings or production documents to ensure precision and quality. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards in production. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to workflows. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to manage production schedules, meet deadlines, and uphold manufacturing standards. Qualifications Proven factory experience or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with forklift operation and certification is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents accurately. Experience with assembly line processes, mechanical assembly, and managing production or assembly teams is advantageous. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles and safety protocol adherence. Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods during shifts. Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial.
