Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities, ensuring alignment with production goals, safety and quality standards. Manage production planning and scheduling using ERP systems to meet delivery deadlines and optimize resource utilization. Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies where practicable, to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Oversee supply chain management and logistics to ensure timely procurement of materials and efficient inventory control. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data with Excel and other meaningful tools to identify opportunities for process enhancement. Supervise plant operations, including assembly lines, quality control, and safety protocols, maintaining compliance with industry standards. Foster cross-functional communication among teams such as engineering, quality assurance, procurement, and maintenance to support seamless operations. Lead team development efforts by providing coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on operational excellence. Requirements Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of manufacturing management systems including MRP (Material Requirements Planning), ERP systems, and production scheduling tools. Expertise in lean manufacturing, lean management, process improvement, and Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage cross-functional communication effectively. Familiarity with supply chain management principles and supply chain analytics to optimize operations from procurement through delivery. Excellent understanding of quality control standards and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
